Lisa is a security researcher and writer in New York City, serving at the Head of Digital Governance at The Media Trust. Her extensive experience in online advertising and cybersecurity comes from over 15 years at industry-leading companies, including Akamai, CNET, MediaMath, and White Ops.
After earning her MBA, she successfully pivoted from advertising to security, focusing on threat intelligence, writing, and research. She possesses and applies her history as a problem solver to everything she does.
Lisa completed her MBA at Columbia Business School, where she focused on leadership. During her time at Columbia, she attended international seminars in Tel Aviv and Munich and studied Hebrew, all while working full-time. Lisa earned her B.A. in English from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She also completed a Linguistics Minor; earned TESL certification; spent a term abroad studying in England; and was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society.
Lisa is an event photography enthusiast, honing her skills at hockey games, concerts, and standup comedy shows in her off-hours.
